Delivery.

7.0 On the territory of the Republic of Moldova the minimal order start 250 MDL, the delivery is free of charged within the territory of Chisinau city, and is performed throughout 24h after an order was placed.

7.1 The delivery costs throughout the territory of Romania for an order weighing 5 kg constitute 140 RON.

7.2 On the territory of Romania the delivery is made by courier services. Orders are delivered from Monday to Friday, from 9:00 to 17:00.

7.3 If the Buyer is not found at the address specified in the Order, the courier / carrier will call the Buyer by phone or return to the address again. If the Order could not be delivered, the parcel will be returned to the Seller within a couple of days.

7.5 When delivering an Order to the EU Member States (other than Romania): transport charges are automatically calculated and displayed for the Buyer when the order is completed. For more details please check the section: “Current rates”.

7.6 Courier and freight forwarding agencies do not assure temperature control and monitoring devices in transport vehicles. This does not affect the quality of the product. However, it is recommended to store the product in a cool place for 24h for it to recover the correct consistency.

7.7 Relaxa Aromaterapie SRL reserves the right to delay or cancel the delivery of the Order under certain circumstances associated with the force majeure clause (fires, explosions, floods, epidemics, strikes, government actions, war, and acts of terrorism, uprisings, civil disturbances or other impediments of force majeure according to the Romanian law). Though, a refund of the amount paid for the order may be made.

8. Payment
8.0 Payment on the territory of the Republic of Moldova can be made directly to the courier or by the bank card directly on the site, and by PayPal.

The payment, regardless of the order cots, can be made in advance by bank transfer or by PayPal, or by bank card based on the pro forma / invoice issued by Relaxa Aromatherapy SRL. Important notice: Bank transfer must be made at no charge of the receiver.
8.3 Online payment information with the card
The processing of the bank card details is performed exclusively on the servers of the BC Moldova Agroind bank at https://www.maib.md/. No bank card details are retained by the Relaxa Aromaterapie SRL. Both websites www.relaxa.md and www.relaxashop.ro are 3-D Secure certified by VISA and MasterCard® through https://www.maib.md/ and MOLDOVA AGROINDBANK Bank for online payments using the bank card. Card payments are made with full security regardless of Buyer's account currency, and transaction type.
9. Right of withdrawal
Under current legislation, withdrawal from the contract is only applicable to the individual consumer.
The consumer (buyer) has the right to withdraw from the contract without having to state the reasons and without incurring any costs other than those provided by art. 13 paragraph (3) and art. 14 of OUG no.34 / 2014, within 14 calendar days. The withdrawal period expires after 14 days from the day the Buyer enters or a third party other than the carrier indicated by the Purchaser in the physical possession of the products.

Contracts for the supply of categories of products listed in Article 16 of OUUG No 344/144 may not be withdrawn, including:
- the provision of products or services whose price depends on fluctuations in the financial market that the professional cannot control and which may occur during the withdrawal period;
- providing products made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalized;
- the supply of products that are susceptible to deterioration or expire rapidly;
- the provision of sealed products which cannot be returned for health or hygiene reasons and which have been unsealed by the consumer.

In order to exercise its right of withdrawal, the Buyer must inform the Seller, prior to the expiration withdrawal period, of the intent of the Purchaser's decision to withdraw from the contract by sending a clear message by e-mail, and or a letter sent by fax or post. In addition a sample forma which may be used for this purpose is posted RMA form (doc) / RMA form (pdf).

The seller will refund to the Buyer the full cost of the products and delivery fee, if the entire order is withdrawn (total withdrawal) and the part of the amount if it is a partial withdrawal.

The seller may postpone the refund until the products are returned or a proof of products being sent back is provided.

The money will be returned as follows:
Online payments made by bank card - by returning the money to the same account the payment was made from.

All merchandise must be unworn and in the same condition it was received. Merchandise returned without the original security tag attached or a damaged tag may not qualify for a refund. Products must be returned in the original box and/or packaging.
Return costs will be covered by the Buyer. The return will be made by the same means of transport, or by any other method chosen by mutual agreement.
