We endeavour to give you the highest customer care at all times. Our based care centre staff are available on the phone and on email to offer you support and advice. What are your delivery charges?

Our delivery cost 20 lei and minimum order it’s 150 lei.Free delivery will be at minimum order of 200 lei.

How long will my order take to be delivered?

A Standard Delivery order should be with our customers in 1-2 working days. Our Express Delivery should be next day if placed before 11.00am. If placed after this time the order will be delivered within 2 working days.

How can I change my details?

You can change your details any time by logging into your account, and editing your profile.

How can I change my delivery address?

Once an order has been placed, providing it has not been picked ready for dispatch you can contact the Care Centre on 0797 05554, option 2 or e-mail at [email protected] and they will arrange for the address.

I cannot complete my registration, what do I need to do?

Please phone our Care Centre on 0797 05554 and we will be happy to help. Please select option 2 or e-mail us at [email protected] and our advisors will be happy to assist.

Does your process include VAT?

Yes, Relaxa Aromaterapie always shows prices that include VAT when applicable. As goods are dispatched from our warehouse in the Republic of Moldova, rates always apply.

I forgot my password, what can I do?

If you have forgotten your password, you can request your password to be sent to the email address you have previously registered on the www.relaxa.md by clicking the Forgotten Password link. You will be taken to a page where you can enter your e-mail address and a temporary password will be sent to you. We strongly recommend that you change this at your earliest convenience.

How do I make changes to my order?

Changes can be made at any point up until you place the order. Once the order has been placed no changes can be made to the contents of the order, we are only able to cancel it or change the delivery address up to 6 hours after you have placed it. Please check your order carefully before you confirm.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept cash at your delivery

Where can you deliver orders?

Currently, we can only send orders to street addresses in the Chisinau . We do not deliver to a PO Box address. We are unable to ship to other Moldavian city or any International address. We do not have transactional websites .

Can I place my order over the phone?

Yes, we are happy to take your order over the telephone, please call the following free phone number 0797 05554 where our operators will be happy to help you. There might be certain products and promotions not available when ordering over the phone, but we can usually advise on suitable alternatives.
